目的

探讨住院2型糖尿病患者血清尿酸(SUA)水平与血清糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)的关系。

方法

回顾性分析2014年1月至2016年12月微山县人民医院内分泌科收治的1 331例住院2型糖尿病患者。根据不同性别患者的血清HbA1c水平将其分为3组:HbA1c≤7%组、7%<HbA1c<10%组、HbA1c≥10%组。采用单因素方差分析比较各组血清SUA水平,pearson相关分析考察血清SUA、HbA1c水平的相关性。

结果

HbA1c≤7%组、7%<HbA1c<10%组、HbA1c≥10%组组间血清SUA水平比较均有统计学差异,SUA男性:(303.15±87.73)μmol/L、(285.32±77.87)μmol/L、(256.82±84.42)μmol/L,(F=13.55,P<0.01);女性:(295.45±82.41)μmol/L、(267.26±76.59)μmol/L、(245.28±93.81)μmol/L,(F=17.14,P<0.01)。SUA与HbA1c呈负相关(男:r=-0.23,女:r=-0.21;均P<0.01)。

结论

2型糖尿病患者SUA与HbA1c水平呈负相关,在降血糖的同时一定要关注SUA水平。

Objective

To explore the relationship between serum uric acid (SUA) level and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) level of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Methods

One thousand three hundred and thirty one patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were collected from the endocrinology department of Weishan people's Hospital from January 2014 to December 2016.The serum uric acid and glycated hemoglobin levels was detected, and the correlation was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.According to the HbA1c levels of different genders, each gender group was divided into 3 groups: HbA1c≤7%, 7%<HbA1c<10%, HbA1c≥10%.The SUA levels were compared by one-way analysis of variance.

Results

SUA levels were (303.15±87.73)μmol/L, (285.32±77.87)μmol/L, (256.82±84.42)μmol/L in male group, respectively (F=13.55, P<0.01), SUA levels were (295.45±82.41)μmol/L, (267.26±76.59)μmol/L, (245.28±93.81)μmol/L in female, respectively (F=17.14, P<0.01). There were significant differences among the three groups.SUA levels were negatively correlated with HbA1c level (male: r=-0.23, female: r=-0.21).

Conclusion

There is a negative correlation between the expression of SUA and HbA1c.Patients with diabetes must pay attention to SUA level while lowering blood sugar.
