急性呼吸窘迫综合征是临床常见的危重症。近年来,重症超声已成为急性呼吸窘迫综合征诊疗评估中重要的可视化检查手段。以肺部、心脏和膈肌超声为核心的重症超声整合应用,为急性呼吸窘迫综合征的早期诊断、病情评估、治疗策略优化及呼吸机撤离提供科学、及时、准确的指导。

Acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) is a common clinical critical disease. In recent years, ultrasound has become an important visualized examination method for ARDS diagnosis and treatment. The integrated application of critical ultrasound based on lung, heart and diaphragm provides scientific and timely guidance for the early diagnosis, disease evaluation, therapeutic regimen optimization and ventilator evacuation of ARDS.
