Clinical application analysis of functional assessment tools for autism spectrum disorder

孤独症谱系障碍的患病率逐年增加，目前的循证研究支持早期康复训练可以改善患者的社会功能以及远期预后，而患者的功能情况以及康复训练的效果多通过功能评估进行判断。但是，目前有关功能评估的工具较少，笔者主要对孤独症谱系障碍的功能评估工具，如心理教育量表、语言行为里程碑评估及安置程序、适应行为评估系统及其在临床的应用进行综述。

The prevelance of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is increasing. Evidence based researches show that early rehabilitation training will improve the social function and long-term prognosis, which is assessed by functional assessment. However, the tools focused on functional assessment are still lacking. The current review focuses on the functional assessment tools and their clinical application of ASD, such as psycho-educational profile, verbal behavior milestones assessment and placement program, adaptive behavior assessment system.
