多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是女性在育龄期常见的内分泌紊乱性疾病,严重影响女性身体及生育健康。PCOS主要的诊断标准为月经稀发、闭经、不规则子宫出血、高雄激素相关临床表现或高雄激素血症、卵巢多囊样改变。在临床实践中,传统的诊断方法存在一定的局限性,迫切需要增加新的辅助诊断指标。近年研究表明,抗苗勒管激素(AMH)与PCOS的病理生理学发展过程有紧密联系,与卵泡发育及内分泌激素水平息息相关。AMH作为诊断PCOS新的生化指标,展现了众多优势,常规的激素检测联合AMH检测对诊断和评估PCOS具有重要参考价值。笔者将关于AMH对PCOS诊断价值的研究进展进行综述。

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common endocrine disorder that affects the physical and reproductive health of women.The main diagnostic criteria of PCOS are sparse menstruation, amenorrhea or irregular uterine bleeding, clinical manifestation of hyperandrogen or hyperandrogenemia, and polycystic ovary change.In clinical practice, the traditional diagnostic methods have some limitations, so it is urgent to introduce new auxiliary diagnostic indicators. Recent studies have shown that anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) is closely related to the pathophysiological development of PCOS, and it is closely related to follicular development and endocrine hormone levels. As a new biochemical index for the diagnosis of PCOS, AMH shows many advantages. Conventional hormone detection combined with AMH detection has important reference value for the diagnosis and evaluation of PCOS. In this paper, the research progress of AMH on the diagnostic value of PCOS is reviewed.
