Clinical diagnostics features analysis and literature review of fibrolameller hepatocellular carcinoma

Abstract:

Objective

To investigate the clinical diagnostics features of fibrolameller hepatocellular carcinoma (FL-HCC).

Methods

Ultrasonographic characteristics of fibrolameller hepatocellular carcinoma (FL-HCC) that confirmed by surgery and pathology in the past.

Results

FL-HCC is a special type of hepatocellular carcinoma, tumor is large when it is found. Ultrasonographic performance of the tumor is circular, Isochoric, rich blood except low echo inside. Contrast-enhanced ultrasound: 11 s tumors and the imaging process was not found in the area of low echo. the biggest diameter of the mass was 8 cm, round, false coated, star silver fiber tissue and brown necrotic areas.The tumors cells larger polygon, eosinophilic cytoplasm and arranged a funicular, tumor within the fiber composition rich.

Conclusions

Compared with ordinary hepatocellular carcinoma, FL-HCC was incidence, low degree of malignant and well prognosis; Ultrasound is noninvasive and convenient providing imaging basis for clinical preoperative diagnosis of the disease.
