Abstract:

With the standardized application of the filling technique, gastrointestinal ultrasound gradually plays an important role in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal diseases, and has become another objective imaging examination method after the endoscopy and X-ray imaging. Gastrointestinal ultrasound has much higher diagnostic accuracy in gastrointestinal acute critical diseases such as gastrointestinal perforation (or rupture), obstruction, torsion, foreign body injury and vascular thrombosis. It can not only quickly identify the etiopathogenesis, determine the location and nature of lesions, but also can comprehensively evaluate and monitor the disease in combination with interventional ultrasound, clinical and related examinations, which can provide accurate guidance and assistance to the perioperative diagnosis and treatment. Therefore, gastrointestinal ultrasound has become the preferred examination option as it has the advantage of being convenient, noninvasive, economical, intuitionistic, repeatable and accurate. The purpose of this article is to analyze and discuss the value of ultrasound in diagnose of acute critical gastrointestinal diseases for clinical reference.
