Abstract:

Scientific clinical thinking is the foundation of the clinical development as well as decision. It is an undoubtable fact that thinking ability of clinicians, which should not be replaced with any advanced instruments, is the most important factor in the diagnosis for every individual patient.Though high-tech inspection equipment has helped clinicians to solve many problems and to discover some "invisible lesions" , fundamental skills are still primary means for clinicians to find problems, in which most of important clues are identified through history-taking and physical examination.Wisdom of clinicians for disease diagnosis and treatment methods from repeated recognition and practice, and it stands for the process of diligent practice and thorough comprehension.Clinicians should give full expression to clinical thinking, knowledge and experience so as to manifest flexibility in the frame of rules, keep moving forward against disease in complex human organization and solve complex problems with intelligence.
