Abstract:

Objective

To explore the experimental diagnosis of infections diarrhea caused by aeromonas trota and literature review.

Methods

The operation performed the technical specification of "National Clinical Laboratory Procedures" and "Diagnostic Bacteriology" and applied bifidobacterium indexing technology.According to the cultural characteristics and phenotypic biochemical reactions characteristics of bacteria, of further isolation and identification of bacterial strains were done by using by micro-bacteria biochemical reaction tube.Bacterial susceptibility was tested by K-B method.

Results

OF test was (F) type, oxidase test was positive, the bacteria belonged to Vibrio bacteria.O/129 susceptibility testing showed drug resistance, it didn′t grow in 6% Nacl medium which was identified as aeromonas bacteria. The result of bacterial micro biochemical reaction test was in line with descripton of aeromonas trota. The strains were sensitive to ampicillin and carbenicillin, only resistant to cephalothin.

Conclusions

The case is diagnosed as infectious diarrhea caused by aeromonas trota. The biological activity of aeromonas is complex and changeable, and should be estimated by a number of key experimental results. The quality of the bacteria detection should be controled.
