枸杞多糖是从茄科枸杞属植物果实中提取的多糖类化合物,是枸杞中的主要有效成分之一,具有增强免疫、抗氧化、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、保护视网膜、保护肝脏、保护神经系统、降血糖、降血脂等多种药理作用。目前,枸杞多糖由于其药食同源特性,在应激损伤中的保护应用受到越来越多的关注。笔者结合枸杞多糖国内外最新研究,对近年来枸杞多糖抗应激作用及其机制进行系统分析,以期为枸杞多糖在特殊环境下拮抗应激研究与应用推广提供新的思路和依据。

Lycium barbarum polysaccharide (LBP) is a kind of polysaccharide compound extracted from the fruit of lycium barbarum in Solanaceae. It is one of the main effective components in lycium barbarum, and has many pharmacological effects in enhancing immunity, antioxidation, anti-aging, anti-tumor, protecting retina, liver, and nervous system, lowering blood sugar and blood lipid. At present, LBP has been paid more and more attention in the stress protection of special environment because of its medicine-food homology. Combined with the latest reports of LBP at home and abroad, this paper systematically summarizes and states its anti-stress effects and mechanisms in recent years, in order to provide basis and thinking for the research of LBP in the special environment.
