《国际疾病分类》是世界卫生组织制定的国际统一的疾病分类系统，精神、行为与神经发育障碍是其中的一个重要章节。随着时代的变迁及人类疾病谱的变化，国际疾病分类系统不断修订。2022年1月1日起即将在全球范围内投入使用的《国际疾病分类》第十一次修订本(ICD-11)较第十次修订本(ICD-10)又有了重大变化。笔者从框架结构、编码结构、内容等方面比较了精神、行为与神经发育障碍章节两个修订本的重要变化，以方便临床工作者更好地使用ICD-11。

The International Classification of Diseases (ICD) is an international unified disease classification system formulated by WHO. Mental, behavioral and neurodevelopmental disorders are one of the important chapters. With the change of times and the change of the spectrum of human diseases, the ICD is constantly revised. The eleventh revision of the ICD (ICD-11), which will be used on January 1, 2022 globally, is much different from the tenth revision (ICD-10). This article compares the changes of the two revisions in framework structure, coding structure, and contents of " mental, behavioral and neurodevelopmental disorders" chapter to make clinical workers to better use ICD-11.
