Progress on diagnosis and treatment of stress disorder in explosive environment

Abstract:

With the changes of world military pattern and the imbalance of social economy, more and more explosive events have taken place, and the incidence of post blast stress disorder has attracted more and more attention in the social safety and medical care. Post blast stress disorder, including acute stress disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder and adaptive disorder, is a kind of psychological disorder directly caused by strong and lasting traumatic life events for a certain period of time. This paper reviews the recent progress in the etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment and protection of post blast stress disorder, in order to provide an useful enlightenment for the better research on psychological intervention in the special environment.
