Abstract:

The clinical diagnostics is a bridge science, which is the bond of the basic medical sciences and clinics.Clinical thinking is the core of medical education, and it is the need of medical education reform and development.During the process of diagnostics teaching, we can explore the practices and methods for the transformation from the basics thinking mode to the clinics, which needs to be done through some methods such as changing the teachers′ thinking mode of teaching updating the traditional theory teaching mode, carrying out simulated case-discussion teaching in experimental class, improving teaching quality of clinical practice, strengthening the combination of theory and practice, and organizing famous masters for guiding.
